A 5 Story 55,000 SqFt New Apartment Building located in downtown Santa Rosa. This was all Fire Treated materials and took roughly 4 months to complete from start to finish. Some of the biggest challenges on this project were the tight sight conditions and the amount of trades that are working in the building once you are a few levels up.
